আমরা Nur Architect (nurarchitect.online) গ্রাহকদের সর্বোচ্চ মানের আর্কিটেকচারাল ডিজাইন সেবা প্রদান করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। যেহেতু আমাদের সেবাগুলো ডিজিটাল ও কাস্টমাইজড, তাই আমাদের রিফান্ড ও রিটার্ন নীতিমালা নিচে উল্লেখ করা হলো।
🔄 রিফান্ড নীতি
- কোনো প্রজেক্ট বা ডিজাইন কাজ শুরু হয়ে গেলে সাধারণত রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হয় না।
- যদি কাজ শুরু হওয়ার আগে প্রজেক্ট বাতিল করা হয়, তাহলে পরিস্থিতি অনুযায়ী আংশিক বা সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড বিবেচনা করা হতে পারে।
- যদি আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে কোনো টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যা বা নির্ধারিত সেবা প্রদান করতে ব্যর্থতা ঘটে, তাহলে আমরা বিষয়টি পর্যালোচনা করে উপযুক্ত সমাধান দেবো, যার মধ্যে রিফান্ড বা রিভিশন অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে পারে।
📌 রিটার্ন নীতি
- যেহেতু আমরা ডিজিটাল আর্কিটেকচারাল ডিজাইন সেবা প্রদান করি, তাই কোনো ফিজিক্যাল প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্নের সুযোগ নেই।
- তবে ক্লায়েন্টের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী ডিজাইনে রিভিশন প্রদান করা হয়।
- নির্ধারিত কাজের স্কোপ অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তনের অনুরোধ করা যাবে।
✏️ রিভিশন
- প্যাকেজ বা চুক্তি অনুযায়ী সীমিত সংখ্যক রিভিশন প্রদান করা হয়।
- নির্ধারিত স্কোপের বাইরে অতিরিক্ত রিভিশনের জন্য অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
⚠️ রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়
- সম্পূর্ণ ও অনুমোদিত ডিজাইন কাজের জন্য কোনো রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
- ক্লায়েন্টের অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্যের কারণে বিলম্ব হলে সেটির জন্য রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে না।
