- Any changes after project approval may incur additional charges.

- Full or partial payment may be required before starting a project.
- Payment terms will be agreed upon before project initiation.
- All payments are non-transferable.
📌 4. Delivery Time
- Project delivery time depends on the complexity of the design.
- Delays caused by incomplete client information are not our responsibility.
📌 5. Revisions
- Limited revisions are included based on the agreed package.
- Additional revisions beyond the scope may be charged separately.
📌 6. Intellectual Property
- All design materials remain the property of Nur Architect until full payment is received.
- After full payment, clients receive usage rights for their project.

- Completed work is non-refundable.

Nur Architect is not responsible for any construction or execution errors made outside of our design services.

📌 ১. সেবা
Nur Architect রেসিডেনশিয়াল, কমার্শিয়াল এবং ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল প্রজেক্টের জন্য 2D প্ল্যান, 3D ভিজুয়ালাইজেশন এবং অন্যান্য আর্কিটেকচারাল ডিজাইন সেবা প্রদান করে।
📌 ২. প্রজেক্ট চুক্তি
- ক্লায়েন্টের নিশ্চিতকরণের পরই কাজ শুরু করা হবে।
- কাজ শুরুর আগে প্রয়োজনীয় সব তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
- অনুমোদনের পর কোনো পরিবর্তন চাইলে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
📌 ৩. পেমেন্ট
- প্রজেক্ট শুরু করার আগে আংশিক বা সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
- পেমেন্ট শর্তাবলী আগে থেকেই নির্ধারণ করা হবে।
- কোনো পেমেন্ট ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
📌 ৪. ডেলিভারি সময়
- প্রজেক্টের জটিলতার উপর ভিত্তি করে ডেলিভারি সময় নির্ধারিত হবে।
- ক্লায়েন্টের অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্যের কারণে বিলম্ব হলে আমরা দায়ী থাকব না।
📌 ৫. রিভিশন
- নির্ধারিত প্যাকেজ অনুযায়ী সীমিত রিভিশন প্রদান করা হবে।
- অতিরিক্ত রিভিশনের জন্য আলাদা চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
📌 ৬. মেধাস্বত্ব
- সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট না হওয়া পর্যন্ত সকল ডিজাইন Nur Architect-এর সম্পত্তি।
- সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্টের পর ক্লায়েন্ট ব্যবহার অধিকার পাবেন।
📌 ৭. রিফান্ড নীতি
- বিস্তারিত তথ্যের জন্য Refund Policy দেখুন।
- সম্পূর্ণ কাজের জন্য রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
📌 ৮. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা
আমাদের ডিজাইন সেবার বাইরে কোনো নির্মাণ বা বাস্তবায়নজনিত সমস্যার জন্য আমরা দায়ী থাকব না।
